How to Purchase a Pre-Owned Vehicle

1. Inspect the Vehicle

Physical Verification

Visit our designated storage yard/main office to conduct a physical and mechanical inspection of the vehicle. You are welcome to bring your own trusted mechanic.

2. Submit Your Offer

Document Submission

Fill out an official Offer to Purchase form at the Rural Bank of Norala main office and state your proposed purchase price and payment scheme (Cash or Financing).

3. Approval & Drive Away

Release & Turnover

Upon Board approval and settlement of payment or down payment, sign the sale documents and take delivery of your vehicle along with its registration papers (OR/CR).

Important Guidelines for Buyers

"As-Is, Where-Is" Basis

All units are sold in their current physical, mechanical, and legal condition. Buyers are advised to inspect the physical engine, body, electrical systems, and registration status prior to submitting an offer.

Transfer Fees

Registration transfer fees, insurance renewal, and related expenses are standard responsibilities of the buyer unless specified otherwise.
